How long does shipping take?
Once processed and dispatched, your order should reach you in 2 - 3 business days with Standard Shipping, charged at £3.50 (free for orders over £49). Priority Shipping should reach you in 1-2 business days from dispatch, charged at £6.95. Please note these are only estimates and are provided to us by Royal Mail.

We endeavour to ship all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm should be shipped the following business day.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim for immediate dispatch we can't change or cancel orders once they have been completed. If your order is incorrect you will need to wait to receive the order, and then request an exchange on our Returns Portal here.

Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email letting you know that it’s on the way. This email will have your Royal Mail tracking number.

Can I change the address of my order?
If your order hasn’t left yet our team will do what they can to make the changes. Otherwise, you will need to organise for a redirection with Royal Mail once you receive your tracking details.

What is your Exchange/Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount (£3.50). Please note, we are only able to process returns for orders made directly from romeriadecuatrovitas.com. For any orders placed elsewhere please contact the retailer directly.

Please note - all intimate underwear is EXCLUDED from returns for hygiene reasons, this includes our Period & Leak Proof underwear, this does not include any of our bras.

If any intimate underwear is sent back to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange and we will also be unable to return the items to you. If there is an issue with any underwear ordered, please contact us directly at [email protected].

Please note it can take up to 10 working days to receive and complete your return. If it's been longer than this, please contact [email protected] with proof of return and your order number. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.

How do I wash my Tanya maria?
We recommend a gently, warm machine wash with similar colours, using a gentle bio-degradable detergent. Tanya maria can be air-dried in the sun however in order to best keep colours vivid, we recommend to dry your Tanya maria items in the shade. Please do not tumble dry, iron on a low setting if necessary and do not dry clean.

Helpful Tips: Washing Padded Bras
While hand washing is ideal, a gentle machine wash and spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Shaper Crop Bra. We recommend that you ditch the clothes dryer as the heat will break down any elastics and can simply cause dimpling in your padding. For these reasons, we also recommend that you simply take out removable padding before washing.

What's with the scratchy tag on my new underwear?
Our undies are the comfiest out there. We don't want to mess that up with an itchy tag, but alas, government regulations require a ton of information attached to undergarments so we designed our tag to be removed with the simple tug of a thread. Don't cut it off - simply locate the tag and flip around to the backside. You'll see a temporary stitch that is designed to come out. Gently tug that seam and your tag is gone completely. Tag-less and comfy once more!
